What are EasyPeasy Parent Meetups?

Parent Meetups are an opportunity to bring together parents and caregivers to share parenting tips, ideas, and play inspiration.

By setting up your own Parent Meetup in Tower Hamlets, you will receive:

  • £250 of funding
  • Free premium access to the EasyPeasy app
  • Guidance to help your child to learn through play
  • On-demand support for your child's early development
  • An opportunity to connect with and support the parent and caregiver community in Tower Hamlets

By filling out the form below, you can access funding to spend in the ways you choose to organise your meetups, whether it’s creating a child-play workshop, covering transport or venue hire costs, or laying on the best coffee and cake spread. Please note, this opportunity is only available for parents and carers in Tower Hamlets. 

EasyPeasy Parent Meetup Terms and Conditions

By applying to set up an EasyPeasy Parent Meetups in Tower Hamlets, you agree to the following terms:

  1. You will invite at least 4 other parents and caregivers in Tower Hamlets to join and be a member of your Parent Meetup group.
  2. All members will register for the EasyPeasy app.
  3. You will use the WhatsApp group EasyPeasy will create for you as the hub for your group, as part of the wider EasyPeasy Parent Meetup WhatsApp community.
  4. You will be responsible for organising your own events and activities (including venues, materials etc.).
  5. You will receive the first part of your funding (£100) upon creating and sharing an action plan for your initial event within your Parent Meetup WhatsApp group and with the EasyPeasy team directly.
  6. You will receive the rest of the funding (£150) once you have completed the follow-up survey, created at least 3 pieces of new content on the EasyPeasy app, and shared them via your WhatsApp group.
  7. The total funding you will receive from EasyPeasy is £250 sent in two instalments of £100 and £150 respectively.
  8. You will provide your bank sort code and account number upon application so we can process your funding. We will store this information securely under GDPR-compliant conditions and will only use these details in order to pay you the funds for your meetup.
  9. Funds will be transferred via a direct bank transfer only.
  10. The final date for completion of term 6 to be eligible to receive the second funding instalment is 31 March, 2026. Requests for funds received after this date will not be valid.
  11. Once you have received the second part of your funding from EasyPeasy, you are welcome to continue organising events and posting content on the EasyPeasy app from your Parent Meetup group.
  12. You agree for your information to be shared with the EasyPeasy team who may contact you to share quotes, photos, videos etc. from your Parent Meetup events for the purpose of creating marketing materials and case studies.
