Overview

Role: Head of Impact & Implementation

Location: Remote (UK-based), with some travel for key meetings and events

Contract: Full-time (permanent)

Salary: £55,000-65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Annual leave: 25 days, rising to 30 with length of service (plus bank holidays)

EasyPeasy is a mission-led social enterprise committed to supporting parents, carers, and early years practitioners to give babies and young children the best possible start in life and close the gap in school readiness. We do this by providing parents with an innovative, evidence-based programme to improve the Home Learning Environment accessed via a smartphone app. Since 2017, we’ve partnered with local authorities, health systems, and the voluntary and community sector to support hundreds of thousands of families across the UK.
The Role
We’re seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Head of Impact & Implementation to lead effective delivery of the EasyPeasy programme alongside our public sector partners, drive impact locally, build and nurture relationships, develop new ways to improve and demonstrate our effectiveness, and sustain and grow our portfolio of clients.
This is a new role at EasyPeasy, reporting to the CEO. You’ll work cross-functionally with our product, marketing, and commercial teams, and externally with service leads and wider stakeholders across communications, data, and business intelligence. Your responsibilities will span implementation planning and delivery, partnership management, and contributing to our revenue growth and sustainability, and overall impact.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Implementation

Take overall responsibility and oversight for EasyPeasy’s growing portfolio of local authority partners.

Lead end-to-end implementation for new and existing public sector partners (local authorities), ensuring successful onboarding, delivery, and integration of EasyPeasy’s offer into local systems and services.

Work collaboratively with local authority and system leaders to interpret data and feedback, drive insight-led decision-making, and demonstrate the value of EasyPeasy in the local context.

Develop and maintain implementation toolkits, guidance, and feedback loops.

Collaborate with clients to tailor EasyPeasy’s programme to the local context and service models.

Develop and deliver training for clients and stakeholders to facilitate the adoption and impact of our products and services.

Use CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot) to track delivery milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Develop and adopt standard operational procedures and processes that meet the changing needs of our partners and ensure high satisfaction.
Client Retention & Growth

Act as the senior point of contact for commissioners and senior delivery partners, building trusted, long-term relationships across early years, health, education, and family support.

Drive and maintain client renewals and contribute to business development, identifying opportunities for upselling and partnership expansion.

Represent EasyPeasy at strategic forums, sector events, and partnership boards.

Contribute to impact reports, case studies, and data storytelling tools that help secure renewals, support strategic communications, and meet grant or funding requirements.
Team management and leadership

Build, develop and scale the team in line with organisational growth.

Provide effective line management, coaching and ongoing support.

Monitor, plan and allocate team capacity to ensure resources are used efficiently, and priorities are delivered.
Internal Collaboration & Influence

Serve as the voice of the customer, proactively capturing insights from local authorities and practitioners and bringing these into cross-functional decision-making to inform product roadmap priorities, service enhancements, and commercial strategy.

Contribute to grant reporting, funding applications, and investor updates, with clear articulation of impact and delivery milestones.
Person Specification
Essential Experience
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in public sector partnership management, service implementation, or impact-focused delivery roles.

Strong understanding of early years, family support, or public health ecosystems in the UK.
-
Experience leading high-value, multi-stakeholder partnerships with local authorities or health systems.
-
Familiarity with government funding cycles, service commissioning, and public procurement.
-
Track record of delivering and evaluating services in collaboration with public sector partners or systems leaders.

Team leadership and line management
Desirable Experience

Experience in a local authority and/or social enterprise context.
-
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
